Incentivized Review Policy

We've all received those generic requests to review a product — messages that enthusiastically claim to value your opinion, yet ask you to give up your time without any acknowledgment in return.

We genuinely value your feedback, and to show our appreciation, we'll send you one of our tough Racing Seats USA Seat Shields as a thank-you for taking the time to write a review. Shipping is on us for all addresses within the contiguous US (US48).

Of course, an offer like this comes with a few terms and conditions, which we want to be upfront about.

First, let's be clear about what is never required: a positive review. Whether you loved the product or were disappointed by it, we want your honest, unfiltered opinion. Our goal is to offer products that genuinely meet our customers' expectations — and if something falls short, we want to know.

Beyond your candid feedback, the following conditions must be met:

1. You purchased the product you are reviewing directly from us.
2. Your review includes both a star rating and written comments. The more detail, the better — and photos are always a welcome bonus!
3. One free Seat Shield per customer every 180 days. You're welcome to review multiple products from your order, but only one Seat Shield will be issued per qualifying period — regardless of how many reviews you submit.
4. If you choose to review only some items from your order now, the remaining items from that same order will not be eligible for a free Seat Shield at a later date, even after the 180-day period has passed.
5. The free Seat Shield offer applies only to products priced over $50. If you've not ordered anything over $50, review any other item and we'll mail you a pair of our Racing Seats USA Windshield Shades.
6. You include a valid email address with the review.
7. Your review is family-friendly and appropriate for all audiences.

By submitting your review, you grant us permission to publish it on our website and in marketing materials.
